Billing questions
What's the difference between weekly and monthly billing?
Weekly billing charges a smaller amount each week. Monthly billing is cheaper over the course of a year and is the most popular option. You can switch between them at any time from your profile.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time from your profile. You will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Will my data transfer between plans?
Yes. Your journal, favourites, highlights, and reading progress are always yours and move with you across every plan, including Free.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds in line with the refund policy referenced in our Terms of Service. If you run into an issue, please contact support and we'll do our best to make it right.
Are prices shown in my local currency?
Plan prices are displayed in USD. Your payment provider will show the final amount in your local currency, including any taxes, at checkout.
