This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through Bible Buddy. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Overview
Bible Buddy is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to features, content, and AI-powered interactions.
As a result:
- Purchases are generally non-refundable
- Access is granted immediately upon payment
- Refunds are only provided in limited and clearly defined circumstances
This ensures fairness across all users and allows us to maintain a consistent and reliable service.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
2.1 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or billing portal.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused time
This is standard for subscription services and ensures predictable billing.
2.2 Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You are responsible for cancelling before renewal
- Charges after renewal are considered valid and non-refundable
2.3 Trials (if applicable)
If a free trial is offered:
- You will not be charged until the trial ends
- Once billing begins, the subscription is treated as a normal paid plan
3. Credits and Usage
Bible Buddy may include usage-based features such as credits.
- Credits are consumed when features are used
- Used credits are non-refundable
- Unused credits have no cash value unless required by law
This aligns with how the service is delivered and consumed in real time.
4. Statutory Consumer Rights
Depending on your location, you may have a legal right to cancel and receive a refund within a specified period, commonly 7-14 days.
However, for digital services, this right may not apply once you have:
- Accessed the service, or
- Begun using paid features
Where these rights apply, they override this policy.
5. When Refunds May Be Provided

5.1 Technical Failure

- A material and persistent issue prevents access to core functionality

- The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

6. When Refunds Will Not Be Provided

- Change of mind after purchase

- Dissatisfaction with AI responses or persona behaviour
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Minor bugs or temporary service interruptions
- Issues caused by user environment, including device, browser, or network
- Violations of the Terms of Service
This is important: Bible Buddy is a live, interactive service, not a static product. Use is considered delivery.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute:
- Your access may be suspended or terminated
- We may provide transaction and usage records to the payment provider
Before raising a dispute, we strongly encourage contacting support so we can resolve the issue directly.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support with:

- A clear description of the issue
Requests should be made:
- Within 14 days of the transaction, unless local law provides otherwise.
9. Refund Processing
